2024 Remaster.

Originally released in 2012.

A harddrive crash in 2012 put this album's release in peril. But a dear friend of mine was able was resuscitate the drive and I was able to complete the recordings and finish mixing and mastering it.

I normally mic up my guitar when I recorded, but for this album I invented a new method. I recorded line-in guitar tracks directly on to the harddrive, using my Parkwood western guitar. It was a totally new sound for me. I remember being thrilled when I discovered the method, thinking the world was at my feet. It just sounded so effing great. So I released it without much mixing, which was a mistake.

From 2021 to 2024 I have been revisiting these recordings and I can now finally say I am happy with the result.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making and mixing it. Thanks for listening.
